Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Care Registered Nurse (IMC RN) to join our team at Heart Hospital of Austin. As an IMC RN, you will be responsible for performing patient assessments, developing individualized plans of care, and implementing and evaluating care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and revise individualized plans of care based on patient response to treatment
  • Demonstrate knowledge of cardiac monitoring, identifying dysrhythmias, and treating accordingly based on protocol
  • Perform head-to-toe assessments on all patients per policy
  • Coordinate and supervise patient care as necessary

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 1-3 years of clinical nursing experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) - preferred
