We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Pillar Stone Healthcare Company LLC. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and sanitize resident rooms and common areas on a regular basis
- Empty trash and recyclables daily
- Report any safety hazards or concerns to the Maintenance Director
- Perform job duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations
- Attend meetings and in-services as requested
- Be available to work flexible hours and assist with other duties as needed
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 40 pounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required
