You will be accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered, utilizing specialized knowledge and skills to meet the diverse needs of patients.

Core Functions:
1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical, psychological, and social needs, ensuring thorough documentation and timely communication with the healthcare team.
2. Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members, ensuring goals are realistic and measurable.
3. Implement care plans through direct patient care and by supervising the healthcare team, ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
4. Evaluate patient responses to care and adjust plans as necessary, documenting all findings accurately.
5. Engage in professional development and contribute to unit leadership by mentoring new staff and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:
Must possess a valid RN license in the state of practice and hold BLS certification. Experience in an acute care setting is preferred, with a focus on maintaining clinical competencies.

Preferred Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred, along with professional certification in relevant specialties.
