Join Our Team as a Residential Service Expert

Elite Window Cleaning is seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Residential Service Expert. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality results in window cleaning and home washing.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Clean windows and wash homes to meet customer expectations
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient completion of tasks
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our services and products

**Requirements:**

  • 1-2 years of experience in window cleaning or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. and work at heights

**What We Offer:**

  • A competitive salary range of $35,000 to $60,000 per year plus tips, bonuses, and incentives
