Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Freezer Stocker and Deli Team Member to join our team at Sam's Club. As a member of our freezer, cooler, and deli department, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our members receive high-quality products in a clean and well-maintained environment.

About the Job

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the freezer/cooler/deli area, including receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up and cleaning product displays, and removing damaged goods.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
  • Ensure high-quality products are taken care of and available for our members, including maintaining temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser-quality food products.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area, including sweeping and cleaning the freezer/cooler/deli area.
Requirements
