Amazon DSP Dispatcher

We are seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our team at Let's Talk Logistics, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner. As a Dispatcher, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our delivery services.

• Monitor and manage driver schedules and progress in real-time
• Communicate effectively with station management to address any delays or issues
• Coordinate van operations and assist with onboarding new drivers
• Maintain accurate records of driver hours and ensure end-of-night inspections are completed

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry
• Eligibility to work in the U.S
• New York Driver's License
• Minimum 21 years old
• Clear pre-employment screenings
