Job Overview

As a key member of our production team, the Flexographic Printing Press Operator plays a vital role in ensuring the high-quality production of printed labels. This position requires a strong understanding of press operations, quality control, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality labels, adhering to customer specifications and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure consistency and accuracy in print quality, color, and registration.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all plant and corporate safety rules and procedures.
  • Perform daily housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with the production team to optimize press efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience as a printing press operator or related field.
  • Strong understanding of flexographic printing processes and quality control procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting production deadlines and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

  • Competitive hourly rate: $22.00 - $28.00.
