Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Driver to join our team at Breakthru Beverage Group. As a member of our CDL driving team, you will be responsible for delivering pre-sold products from our Distribution Center to customer locations safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a vehicle and deliver assigned orders of wine, spirits, beer, and other beverages to accounts in a safe and responsible manner while complying with federal mandated laws.
Manage the customer relationship by providing excellent customer service, listening to and resolving customer concerns, and maintaining customer confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential.
Collect payment from customers and reconcile the assigned load with receipts and delivery invoices.
Record sales by completing daily sales and delivery records and returns empty containers and rejected or unsold merchandise by making appropriate collections from customers.
Ensure the company and yourself remain compliant with all applicable federal mandated laws and requirements for a DOT driver by maintaining records and performing duties in a safe manner.

Requirements:

Possess a valid driver's license, CDL (Class A or B commercial license)
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related area
Demonstrate good communication skills with high levels of professionalism
Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines
Utilize sound judgment and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, team environment

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone
Regularly lift 45-65 lbs
Regularly bend and squat
