About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Spire Orthopedic Partners. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based physical therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, education, and communication.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Monitor patient progress, modify treatment plans as needed, and provide education to patients and their families.
  • Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
  • One year of experience in physical therapy, with a preference for orthopedic outpatient experience.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, insurance regulations, and other relevant policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
