ROLE OVERVIEW

The Senior Retail Supervisor is responsible for overseeing operational tasks while inspiring team members. As experts in our industry, they ensure that our retail locations provide exceptional service and foster an environment where everyone feels welcome.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as a training ambassador, guiding new employees through orientation, product education, and skill enhancement. Step into the Manager on Duty role as required, managing operational duties such as store opening, closing, banking, and security. Exemplify outstanding service that consistently surpasses customer expectations, building lasting relationships through our established service model. Offer expert recommendations on cannabis products, discussing therapeutic goals, effects, potency, dosing, and consumption methods. Engage in the patient intake process, ensuring accurate documentation and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Efficiently process patient orders and sales using point-of-sale (POS) systems. Address customer concerns or complaints effectively, fostering long-term loyalty to our brand. Maintain precise records of all activities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Essential

Must be 21 years of age or older High School Diploma or equivalent required Valid Government-Issued Photo ID necessary Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail or a similar customer-focused environment Flexibility in work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in handling challenging situations with professionalism Competency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to remain stationary for extended periods during shifts Capability to assist with lifting stock and materials Occasionally required to retrieve products or materials throughout the store
