Job Title: LPN Medication Nurse - Medication Care Manager

At Sunrise Senior Living, we are committed to providing the highest quality care and services to our residents. As a LPN Medication Nurse - Medication Care Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective administration of medications to our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and treatments to residents in a safe and organized manner.
  • Review and document medication administration records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Resident Care Director and Wellness Nurse to ensure timely and effective medication management.
  • Conduct Service and Health Updates as directed by the Resident Care Director.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and Individualized Care Plans (ICPs).

Requirements:

  • LPN, LVN, or state/province specific licensed nurse credential.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Ability to make choices and decisions and act in the resident's best interest.
  • Ability to react and remain calm in difficult situations.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities.
