Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented Pizza Delivery Team Manager to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate a team of delivery drivers and store staff to ensure excellent customer service and high productivity levels.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to avoid stockouts and minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced retail or foodservice environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
$50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
