Job Title: Wind Turbine Technician

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy is seeking a skilled Wind Turbine Technician to join our team. As a key member of our wind farm operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our wind turbines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service and maintain wind turbines to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability
  • Troubleshoot errors and technical issues to minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with our engineering team to develop and implement new field procedures and best practices
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule, analyzing and resolving problems independently and efficiently
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a mechanical, electrical, or industrial field
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Physically and mentally able to work suspended from heights and in confined spaces
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification from a Renewable Energy or Wind Technical Program
  • Hands-on work experience as a Wind Technician on a Wind Farm
