Job Summary:

Collabera is seeking a skilled Loan (Legal) Analyst to join our team. As a Loan (Legal) Analyst, you will be responsible for loan fulfillment, reviewing documentation, performing due diligence, and working with credit partners on closing loans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for loan fulfillment, reviewing documentation, and performing due diligence
• Work closely with commercial underwriting, bank Legal and Risk partners to vet out special loan closing conditions
• Review large commercial loan documentation from outside counsel to ensure that it complies with bank standards prior to booking and funding loan
• Prepare legal loan documentation using bank templates and documentation tools

Requirements:

• Previous loan documentation experience and understanding of financial covenant principals is desired
• Working knowledge of HotDocs is beneficial
• Ability to work well and collaborate in a team office setting

Location:

Waltham, MA USA (onsite)

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday (8:00AM - 5:00 PM)
