We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Care Specialist to join our team at Compass Health Network. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, consultation, and treatment services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations to diagnose and treat mental health conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medication as needed
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
- Completion of an approved residency program in General Psychiatry
- Board eligibility or certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
- Current licensure as a physician in the State of Missouri and state of residency (if outside of Missouri)
- Strong commitment to service, personal excellence, and teamwork
