Key Responsibilities- Provide basic patient care activities, including personal care and comfort measures, under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse or clinical coordinator.
- Assist with department-specific tasks to ensure optimal safety and functioning of the emergency department.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care and support services.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Certified Nursing Assistant I (CNA I) certification
- General education degree or equivalent
- At least one year of experience as a Nurse Aide, preferably in an emergency or outpatient setting
- Basic patient care, phlebotomy, and EKG skills
