Job Overview

As a Key Holder, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Leadership Team by delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for assisting with daily store operations, training and developing Stylists, and promoting our brand purpose.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Focus: You will model and teach WOW service principles to connect with every guest and make a difference in their day.
  • Drive Results: As an emerging leader, you will learn the importance of driving sales by maximizing overall store productivity and building guest connections through WOW experiences.
  • Build Networks: You will assist in finding ways to build brand awareness through philanthropic efforts and other community initiatives.
  • Instill Trust: You will ensure store safety standards are maintained, adhere to Kendra Scott policies and procedures, and do the right thing always.
  • Communicate Effectively: You will educate guests and team members on product details and personal style, and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
  • Nimble: You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to flex between the sales floor, color bar, events, and back of house as needed.
  • Collaborate: You will support your team in providing WOW experiences for all guests, even behind the scenes.
  • Take Action: You will proactively resolve concerns to ensure guest experiences are always positive.
  • Display Courage: You will challenge yourself and others with clear, attainable goals and consistently provide ongoing feedback through real-time coaching.
Requirements
  • Must be over the age of 18
  • Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs
  • Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts

You should have a positive attitude under pressure, strong organizational and communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for fashion and helping others develop their personal style.
