Job Title: Emergency Department Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Emergency Department Nurse to join our team at OneStaff Medical. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and making a positive impact on the lives of those in need.

Job Summary:

The Emergency Department Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patients' conditions, and developing and implementing individualized care plans. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients in the emergency department
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patients' unique needs and circumstances
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure clear understanding and coordination of care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in emergency department nursing
  • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
