Position Summary:
The Clinical Nurse Manager plays a pivotal role in orchestrating Lifespark's services while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the initiation of care, development of care plans, and ongoing support.
- Ensuring client satisfaction and supervising caregiver engagement.
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new team members.
Community Engagement:
The professional nurse collaborates with community resources and the care team to design and implement services tailored to the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of RN experience in healthcare, preferably in home care or hospice settings.
- Experience with Medicare Skilled Nursing and a foundational understanding of OASIS.
- Background in customer service or direct member interaction.
- Experience in supervising caregivers.
- Knowledge of Medicare Home Health & Hospice regulations.
- Familiarity with corporate business management and relevant governmental regulations.
- A degree from an accredited nursing program.
- A current nursing license in Minnesota.
- Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check in accordance with company policy.
