Position Summary:
The Clinical Nurse Manager plays a pivotal role in orchestrating Lifespark's services while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices. Key responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing the initiation of care, development of care plans, and ongoing support.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction and supervising caregiver engagement.
  • Facilitating the onboarding process for new team members.

Community Engagement:

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
  • A minimum of 2 years of RN experience in healthcare, preferably in home care or hospice settings.
  • Experience with Medicare Skilled Nursing and a foundational understanding of OASIS.
  • Background in customer service or direct member interaction.
  • Experience in supervising caregivers.
  • Knowledge of Medicare Home Health & Hospice regulations.
  • Familiarity with corporate business management and relevant governmental regulations.
  • A degree from an accredited nursing program.
  • A current nursing license in Minnesota.
  • Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check in accordance with company policy.
