Job Summary:

The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms to the highest standards of quality. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Cleanliness:
Clean and maintain guest rooms, including linens, towels, and amenities
Ensure all equipment and supplies are in working order

Guest Service:
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to requests in a timely and professional manner
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Safety/Risk Management:
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate team members

Self Management:
Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet productivity standards
Adhere to attendance policies, grooming standards, and general work rules

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous housekeeping or laundry experience a plus
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds consistently
Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
