The African Studies Center at Michigan State University is seeking a pool of qualified fixed-term tutors for African Languages. As a tutor, you will work closely with the African Language Teaching Coordinator to lead tutorials and attend training meetings and biweekly progress meetings. Your expertise in an African Language will be invaluable in supporting students' language development.
Responsibilities- Lead tutorials for African Languages
- Attend training meetings and biweekly progress meetings
- Work closely with the African Language Teaching Coordinator
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Native or near-native literate speaker of an African Language
- Master's degree or Ph.D.
