- Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley standards and Information Technology governance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations, identify solutions, and drive successful outcomes.
- Experience with project management methodologies and project management tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Thorough understanding of project management phases, techniques, and tools.
- Strong and tested project management skills, including administrative organization, customer satisfaction, expectation management, risk management, process automation, issue resolution, and program compliance.
- Ability to work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes, analyze decisions and actions for their support of the larger area's strategic direction.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is desired.
