As a Sales Associate at Stretch Zone, you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals through our unique membership model. About the Role

This is a full-time position responsible for driving membership sales, providing excellent customer service, and owning member retention. You will be the face of Stretch Zone, building positive relationships with clients and team members alike. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive membership sales by greeting every client with a smile, scheduling appointments, and addressing any member concerns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being knowledgeable about our services, promoting add-on sessions, and consistently following up with clients.
  • Owning member retention by following daily operation guides, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive and professional relationship with all members and team members.
