Job Overview

Position: Oracle IAM Developer

Company: Cloud Analytics Technologies LLC

Contract Duration: 12+ Months

Compensation: $50/hr on C2C (Maximum)

Position Summary:

The ideal candidate must possess US Citizenship or a Green Card.

Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years in a role as an Oracle IAM developer or team lead, focusing on the design and implementation of extensive Identity and Access Management solutions. At least 2 years should involve Oracle 11g R2.
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Identity Federation services utilizing Oracle OAM / OIF, including advanced troubleshooting methodologies.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- In-depth expertise in Identity Federation and proficiency in SAML 2.0.
- Strong foundation in core Java, including design principles and best practices.
- Comprehensive understanding of network computing, performance metrics, and contemporary practices.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven ability to navigate a wide array of technologies to deliver intricate solutions.
- Proficient in articulating complex technical challenges to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Capable of composing and presenting material to elucidate challenging concepts and achieve consensus.
- Effective time management skills, evidenced by the successful and timely completion of projects.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Advanced security certifications.
