Critical Care Physician

HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital and ICC Healthcare are seeking a board-certified/certified-eligible critical care physician to join their busy and growing program in Hudson, FL.
Responsibilities- Provide critical care services to patients in a 60-bed medical/surgical ICU
- Participate in teaching and mentoring of residents and fellows
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement evidence-based protocols to improve patient outcomes
- Contribute to the development and implementation of hospital-wide critical care services
- Board certification or eligibility in critical care medicine
- Completion of a critical care fellowship program
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
