Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist with receiving and processing merchandise, including unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked store.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive store atmosphere, and support store operations.
Requirements
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and efficiently around the store.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
