Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in our kitchen by washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Ensure all equipment and work areas are in order and meet safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or using a dishwashing machine.
- Wash pots, pans, and trays according to assigned procedures.
- Polish silverware using burnishing machines or chemical dips.
- Ensure compliance with outlined safety procedures and maintain temperatures and chemical levels as required.
- Keep the dish area clean and organized, sweeping and mopping floors as needed.
- Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other food preparation surfaces.
- Remove trash and place it in designated containers.
