Key Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Assess and evaluate patient responses to treatment and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in surgical nursing
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (AAS or BSN)
- Two years of current surgery experience required
- Current RN licensure in the state of Michigan
- Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends, holidays, and call per unit rotation
