Job Summary:
The Melting Pot is seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Establish a Professional Relationship: Develop a rapport with each guest, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Exceed Guest Expectations: Promote and reinforce The Melting Pot culture, exceeding guests' expectations through exceptional service and product knowledge.
- Adhere to Company Policies: Maintain company standards, comply with uniform standards, appearance, and grooming best practices, and adhere to federal, state, and local laws and guidelines concerning alcoholic beverages and food safety.
- Follow Service Sequences: Serve products according to standards and procedures, suggestively sell alcoholic beverage products, and account for every product served.
- Team Player: Perform as part of the team, executing opening, running, and closing sidework assignments.
- Training and Development: Attend ongoing training sessions, read PreShift notes, and attend PreShift meetings to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
Qualification Requirements:
- Education and Certification: High school graduate, with college coursework or professional certification/education in restaurant or business/training field highly desired and recommended. Food safety certification recommended.
