The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately building and staging orders based on pick tickets for loading onto delivery trucks. This role involves manually lifting and moving product to restock and repack, ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation. Additionally, the Warehouse Associate will use manual or powered material handling equipment to move product and materials to designated locations. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience and be able to repetitively lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend, and reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately build and stage orders based on pick tickets
- Manually lift and move product to restock and repack
- Use manual or powered material handling equipment to move product and materials
- Assist with daily housekeeping and maintenance of the warehouse
- Work in the recycling room, re-work damaged product, and stack empty pallets and shells
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
- Prior warehouse experience preferred
- Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred
- Ability to repetitively lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
