Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Healthcare Receptionist to join our team at Samaritan Healthcare. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner, handle incoming calls, and respond to patient inquiries.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments for patients, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and preparing medical records.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to patient concerns, and communicate effectively with healthcare providers and staff.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a front office or administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, proficiency in medical software and technology, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
