About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Clinical Decision Unit team at Providence Medford Medical Center. As a RN - Clinical Decision Unit Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
- 1 year of nursing experience
