We are seeking a skilled Traveling Medical Professional to join our team at Planet Healthcare. As a Traveling Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of healthcare settings and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a variety of healthcare settings
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to identify their needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to physicians
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed patient records
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Illinois
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
