About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Physical Therapist to join our team at Salem Hospital. As a Travel Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and provide high-quality care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients with a variety of conditions and injuries, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure (NRP) certification.
  • Chemotherapy (CHEMO) certification.
  • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification.
  • Tech Cert Verification - National.
  • State License 1 Verification.
  • NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP).
  • NIH Stroke Certification.
Work Schedule

This is a full-time position with a 4x9 schedule, including some weekends. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Additional Requirements
  • A clear copy of your driver's license is required.
  • Name change/discrepancy: As long as the proof of name change is on file and name change is in process on the license, then current docs are acceptable as placeholders.
