Image Guided Surgery Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with OR personnel to ensure seamless workflow and efficient use of Image Guided Surgery equipment
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to maintain optimal equipment performance
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the surgical team to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Coordinate daily caseload and ensure proper coverage to meet customer needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Medical field experience preferred, with a strong understanding of human anatomy
  • IT systems experience a plus, with ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong communication and public speaking skills, with ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
