Key Responsibilities of the Account Manager/Outside Sales:

  • Enhance and sustain sales to current clients within the designated territory
  • Evaluate customer requirements to identify additional sales prospects
  • Develop and nurture strategic local accounts

Qualifications for the Account Manager/Parts Outside Sales:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred)
  • A minimum of 3 years in outside sales, operations, or a related field with knowledge of heavy-duty parts
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, such as Salesforce
  • Proficient in the principles of Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
