Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement data architecture solutions that meet the needs of the organization
  • Develop and maintain data governance strategies to ensure data quality and integrity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data integration projects
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards for data architecture
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data architecture
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in an architecture role, with at least 5 years dedicated to data architecture and integration
  • 5 or more years of experience in data modeling and data governance
  • 3 or more years of experience in migrating legacy systems to SaaS solutions
  • Proficiency in managing database systems, utilizing ETL tools, and SQL for complex data manipulation and integration
Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of Workday data sources, custom fields, calculated fields, and Business Intelligence Reporting Tool (BIRT)
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM and experience with at least two or more Workday modules
  • Experience in leading large-scale data integration and transformation projects
  • 5+ years of relevant experience as a Workday Solutions Architect or a similar role in a complex environment
Education

Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering or related field; equivalent work experience may substitute
