This role involves preparing food items according to prescribed recipes and guidelines. You will be responsible for reading menus to estimate food requirements and requisitioning food from storage.

You will also need to adjust thermostat controls to regulate the temperature of kitchen equipment, observe and test foods being cooked, and use thermometers to ensure food is cooked at the proper temperature.
