MAC Artist

The MAC Artist is a key representative of the company's image, products, and culture to customers. This role requires exceptional communication skills, artistic abilities, and a strong focus on customer service and sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, assisting with administrative duties, and participating in store theme days and events.

• Provide exceptional customer service and sales support
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist with administrative duties, including inventory management and merchandising
• Participate in store theme days and events
• Stay up-to-date on products, company information, and store operations

• A minimum grade 12 education
• Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Cosmetic experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings and weekends
• Professional demeanor and ability to be flexible and handle change in a positive manner

• This position requires excellent communication skills to be performed on a daily basis
• This position requires moderate physical effort
• Some unpacking and packing of materials is required when restocking the floor supplies
• There may be moving and setting up of displays and other events taking place in your location
• At counters, one must stand nearly 8 hours
