About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Therapist to provide individualized, creative, and strength-based approaches within the wraparound model. As a Child & Family Therapist, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary treatment team to support youth and caregivers in maintaining children in a least restrictive and community-based environment.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver clinical services using evidenced-based practice models.
  • Participate in the rotation of an after-hours crisis/emergency response, including initial crisis assessment, safety risk, and outreach if needed.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide education and support to caregivers and youth on mental health topics and strategies.
Requirements
  • MA/MS/MSW Degree in a Behavioral Science related field.
  • Qualifies as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) as defined by WAC.
  • Meets educational and training requirements for designation as a Child Mental Health Specialist preferred.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment criminal background check.
