Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the software solutions offered by Better Hire.
  • Assist in guiding and managing tasks related to the deployment and integration of applications.
  • Ensure the quality of products, adherence to project timelines, and satisfaction of clients.
  • Explore and assess new business opportunities.
  • Define and document requirements in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop documentation such as requirements, user stories, and process diagrams.
  • Oversee the product backlog and prioritize requirements effectively.
  • Lead testing and quality assurance activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Plan and conduct User Acceptance Testing.
  • Proactively address business and project challenges.

Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting various software projects.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Business Analysis or Systems Analysis.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
  • Familiarity with data management and software development lifecycles.
  • Experience in creating test plans and automated test scripts.
  • Proficiency in SQL is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and curiosity.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Capability to coordinate across teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Programming experience is advantageous.

Educational Background:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration is required.
