This position entails the use of basic hand and power tools to construct, manufacture, disassemble, repair, sort, and evaluate small soap-dispensing units as well as larger sub-assembly machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
Assemble light mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components to precise specifications.
Conduct basic hydraulic and electrical checks to verify the proper operation of assembled equipment.
Execute assigned re-manufacturing tasks, including disassembly, minor repairs, sorting, cleaning, polishing, inspection, and re-assembly.
Follow process and specification sheets accurately.
Complete necessary paperwork related to labor reporting and record-keeping.
Utilize Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) tools to enhance safety, efficiency, customer service, and cost reduction.
Proactively communicate maintenance requirements, quality concerns, or other issues affecting safety, quality, or productivity to the appropriate supervisor.
Maintain consistent communication with management regarding daily activities and losses.
Assist in training fellow team members.
Perform other duties as assigned.

1st Shift, Monday to Friday
Overtime as required

Compensation:
$17.00 per hour

Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED.
Basic mathematical skills.
Experience with hand and power tools.
Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Capability to stand for extended periods, up to 10 hours.
Must pass a drug screening and physical examination.
