Key Responsibilities- Perform periodontal procedures in accordance with state dental board requirements, prioritizing patient well-being and safety.
- Educate patients on the importance of preventing, diagnosing, and treating periodontal disease, highlighting its links to overall systemic health.
- Chart conditions of periodontal disease for collaboration with the Dentist to develop effective treatment plans.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless scheduling, exceptional patient experiences, and optimal practice conditions.
- Dental hygiene licensure compliant with the State Dental Board, with no adverse actions.
- Two (2)+ years' experience as a licensed Dental Hygienist, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both patients and the team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and dental software, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies.
