About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at Advantage Dental. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform periodontal procedures in accordance with state dental board requirements, prioritizing patient well-being and safety.
  • Educate patients on the importance of preventing, diagnosing, and treating periodontal disease, highlighting its links to overall systemic health.
  • Chart conditions of periodontal disease for collaboration with the Dentist to develop effective treatment plans.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless scheduling, exceptional patient experiences, and optimal practice conditions.
Requirements
  • Dental hygiene licensure compliant with the State Dental Board, with no adverse actions.
  • Two (2)+ years' experience as a licensed Dental Hygienist, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both patients and the team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and dental software, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies.
