We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lead Dentist to lead our clinical team as the Managing Clinical Director. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care while managing the day-to-day operations of our dental practice.

About the Role
The Senior Lead Dentist will provide leadership and guidance to our clinical team, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care. This includes:
- Leading by Example: Demonstrating excellent clinical skills and patient care.
- Team Management: Mentoring and coaching our team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Clinical Oversight: Monitoring and evaluating the quality of care provided by our team.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an Accredited School: A Doctor of Dental Surgery or Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from an accredited school.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a practicing dentist.
- Licensure: Current licensure to practice dentistry in the state where the position is located.
Salary Range: $200,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
