About the Role

The Senior Lead Dentist will provide leadership and guidance to our clinical team, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care. This includes:

  • Leading by Example: Demonstrating excellent clinical skills and patient care.
  • Team Management: Mentoring and coaching our team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Clinical Oversight: Monitoring and evaluating the quality of care provided by our team.

Requirements

  • DDS or DMD from an Accredited School: A Doctor of Dental Surgery or Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from an accredited school.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a practicing dentist.
  • Licensure: Current licensure to practice dentistry in the state where the position is located.

Salary Range: $200,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
