We're seeking a seasoned Senior Landscape Architect to join our professional consulting services team. As a senior contributor, you'll work independently to manage large projects of high complexity, leading teams and guiding clients through all phases of a project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate technical aspects of assigned projects.
  • Support business development initiatives and lead teams to achieve project goals.
  • Manage project budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure effective communication and coordination between project participants.
  • Prepare plans, reports, and proposals, and possess authority to sign and seal on design/plans and project forms for agencies and RFIs.
Requirements
  • Technical expertise in design and various design methods.
  • Excellent time management skills, with a thorough understanding of task assignment, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, with a thorough understanding of codes, legal, and design requirements in relevant jurisdictions.
  • Proficiency in relevant drafting/design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Landscape Architecture or related field, and licensed by state/province in Landscape Architecture or equivalent licensure.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in landscape architecture or a related field.
