Phoenix Welding Supply is seeking a skilled CDL Driver to join our team. As a CDL Driver, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up compressed gas cylinders to our customers in a safe and secure manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver compressed gas cylinders to customers on a set route and schedule
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Maintain load manifests, barcodes, and vehicle documents
  • Ability to work over the road shuttles for up to five days, including weekends and holidays
  • Fully understand how to operate and safely drive your assigned delivery vehicle
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Valid Class A Driver's License with HAZMAT and tanker endorsement
  • Certificate from an accredited school and completion of Entry Level Driver Training program
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of traffic laws, DOT regulations, and driving knowledge
  • Ability to drive hazardous cargo up to eight hours per day
  • Ability to read and comprehend material safety data sheets
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to lift 25 to 75 lbs. and occasionally between 76 to 100+ lbs.
  • Ability to perform laborious work including pushing and pulling liquid containers on wheels weighing up to 1,000 lbs.
  • Ability to work in all types of weather
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position with expected hours of work no less than eight hours per day. Additional hours may be required to complete all deliveries.
