Position Overview:
The Quality Assurance Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Quality and the broader team. Responsibilities include:
  • Conducting quality control inspections post-manufacturing
  • Performing receiving inspections
  • Overseeing daily quality tasks (including procedure reviews, documentation management, supplier quality assessments, etc.)
  • Assisting in the calibration of equipment
  • Supporting inventory management
  • Occasionally handling parts procurement
  • Undertaking additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality department within a manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience in quality inspections
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in medical device manufacturing is highly desirable
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and engineering drawings is preferred
  • Familiarity with electronic inventory control systems is a plus
