Role Summary

Job Title: Blood Product Laboratory Technician

We are seeking an experienced laboratory technician to join our team at Kentucky Blood Center Inc. As a Blood Product Laboratory Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of blood products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and label blood components from donated blood.
  2. Perform and document lab equipment quality control and maintenance.
  3. Assist with maintaining, filing, and storing lab records.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Experience working in a laboratory setting preferred.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
