About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food to our members, maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare food according to item specifications, understanding and planning future productions and mass productions, and adhering to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management.
  • Customer Service: Provide fast and friendly service to our members, listening to their needs, and assisting them with purchasing decisions, payment types, and locating merchandise.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, help educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, and communicate effectively with the members of the team.
  • Quality Control: Ensure high-quality products are fresh, ready, and available in the cafe, and maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area.
