Job Title: IT Director

We are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead our technology operations and drive strategic growth at Daniels Health.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all IT functions, including technology operations, project management, and solution development.
  • Provide leadership and management to the IT team, ensuring effective utilization of resources and achievement of business goals.
  • Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
  • Manage the purchase of technological equipment and solutions, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with vendors to establish cost-efficient contracts and build strong relationships.
  • Ensure the IT team is motivated, productive, and focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement training and development plans for IT team members.
  • Review and update job descriptions annually with line managers.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an IT Director or similar role, with a strong track record of driving commercial outcomes.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to drive the IT team to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in budget formulation and control.
  • Familiarity with cutting-edge cloud-based architecture and applications.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and determine technology needs.
  • Strong business acumen, with a proven ability to think commercially.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical personnel.
Education:
  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus.
